NSLP Objectives

• To further strengthen cooperation between scientists from Pakistan and the United States in areas of mutual interest and benefit related to natural sciences, particularly those applicable to agriculture.
• To expand interaction and collaboration between the two countries' scientists and institutions engaged in agricultural and biological research, development, and higher education.
• To provide researchers and institutions with opportunities to exchange information, ideas, skills, and techniques.
• To promote joint efforts in addressing shared challenges in natural sciences and to make effective use of specialized research and development facilities or available opportunities.
• To identify researchable areas within natural and agricultural sciences with the goal of improving farmers’ profitability.
