Linkage with Iran

PSF and Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, (MSRT) Iran
Pakistan and Iran have signed anMoU on S&T cooperation and Programme of Cooperation (PoC) in 2002 and 2007, respectively. The first meeting of the Iran- Pakistan Expert Committee on Science, Technology and Education was held in May, 2016 at Islamabad. Both sides agreed on many concrete proposals to strengthen S & T collaboration between the two countries such as joint research projects, organizing joint meetings, seminars, conferences and exchange of experts. In this connection following two initiatives were started;
Under Programme of Cooperation (PoC) signed between Pakistan and Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, (MSRT) Iran for joint research activities. Two joint calls were launched.
